GGP200/300/100PI-E China filling grout plant
GGP200/300/100PI-E China filling grout plant is a apparatus with producing combination of mixer, agitator and hydraulic injection pump in one base frame. The raw materials are with fast mix water,cement and additive.
Operating principle of the agitator is that maintains in suspension mixes such as cement mortar or bentonite clay. Secondly, injection pump absorbs cement paste from agitator. In the end, because of using rectangular agitator, makesthe plant with smaller boundary dimension. It is specially designed for continuous cement mixing and injection in Groud/Underground engineering.

1. It is combination of mixer, agitator and hydraulic injection pump in one base frame. Siemens electric motor(WEG electric motor is optional).
2. Schneider component for electric control box. Yuken reversing valve for hydraulic system of grout pump.
3. Butterfly valve of mixer and agitator. Linked switch between mixer and agitator. Oil temperature gauge can automatically control cooler fan working in normal temperature range, if temperature is too high, the machine will stop work automatically.
